Create a clear SOP for the user's OKRs & Goal Setting workflow, including bottlenecks and quality checks.

Context:

The user wants consistency without bureaucracy. Write steps a new teammate could follow on day one.

Requirements:

• Map the current workflow from intake to done.
• Remove or simplify steps that create delay or confusion.
• Add a short quality checklist and ownership notes.

Constraints:

• Do not add process for its own sake.
• Avoid tools the team does not already use unless necessary.
• Keep the playbook short enough to actually use.

Output Format:
