Output Format:

• Color and Contrast: palette roles, usage rules, and accessibility notes
• Type and Spacing: sizes, weights, and rhythm rules
• Component Guide: reusable pieces and do/don't examples

Success Criteria:

• Two people using the system produce matching results.
• Rules fit real screens, not just mockups.
• The starter set is small enough to adopt this week.
